Good service, however like most dealers, it is insanely expensive to get rather simple work done. Felt very clueless after showing up to the service garage with little/no instruction of what to do to check expensive to get rather simple work done. Felt very clueless after showing up to the service garage with little/no instruction of what to do to check in for my appointment. There was a ton of miscommunication between the mechanic who checked me in and the person who contacted me to report the status of my car throughout the appointment and the services I requested. I opted for shuttle service when scheduling the appointment however it wasnt offered while checking in and ended up having to order an Uber to leave while they worked on my car. Overall not a good experience. More

When I called to get an appointment for maintenance warranty under 20,000 miles I was told front end alignment was included at no charge. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the front alignmen warranty under 20,000 miles I was told front end alignment was included at no charge. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the front alignment was not and would cost me $140which I was not prepared for because it was 2016 and past the warranty period even though it had less than 20,000 miles.. I feel I was misled by the technician who setup the appointment or he did not ask the right questions. More
