Ms. Stephanie Miller, I'm so sorry that we've yet to receive an answer on the Prius you want. Please understand we cannot control cars in another dealer's inventory. We can only continue, as we have been, to try and convince them to "trade" this car to us for one of ours in turn. Also, please remember in your efforts to procure this Prius, that it is the only one we know of and with the "CARS" initiative, Prius's are flying off dealer's lots as well as commanding a premium. You can see that these facts make getting you this one special model all the more difficult. However, we are and will continue to try and get this done for you. Our new car manager, Derek Mosier, has been trying to reach you at the numbers you left us. He has also left you voice messages, please be kind enough to return his call at your convenience. Garson, Thank you for your personal letter. I am indeed very disappointed that I am not driving a new Prius right now from Rice, and I do understand how hard they are to track down because I have been trying to find one all week. Graham was very nice to work with, but should have called as soon as the car fell through, particularly since he had my credit card holding it. I will give you all the benefit of the doubt and not post my review, since you took the time to write and acknowledge my frustration. Just want to make sure you do not charge my credit card because the understanding Graham and I had was that I would be picking the car up today while in town, and since you do not have it, I will continue to look until until I find one in Atlanta. Thanks again for writing, it does demonstrate that you care about customer service and I do appreciate that because I am also in sales. Best regards, Stephanie
