I had a hard time finding a car that fit my budget and monthly rates and considering the inflation prices, it was rough! Marcos had a lot of patience with me as I kept coming and going without a yes for 3 monthly rates and considering the inflation prices, it was rough! Marcos had a lot of patience with me as I kept coming and going without a yes for 3 days. I did finally find a Honda HR-V but I will say there was a hiccup with mis pricing of the Honda I wanted. Despite the emotional whiplash, they were upfront with the mistake with me and helped me finance to get a low monthly rate and we’re apologetic and accountable with what had happened. I am happy (so far) with my purchase and see this vehicle lasting me a while so thanks to marcos! More
