WORST SERVICE center ever unhelpful and rude employees that display discriminatory remarks openly on the floor. They have poor communication amongst staff. DONT RECOMMEND. I wouldn’t leave a bad review for no apparent reason I hardly ever leave reviews. But I received an experience so inconvenient and troublesome I have to. I came a week ago for two safety recalls, I was informed that the two recalls could take all day, almost in a complaining manner. I said okay that’s fine am I able to leave the vehicle they said no only one guy is specialized to assist with the device equipped. They were already made aware prior of the circumstances but did not advise me of this prior. Joseph who was kind helped me , he gave me contact info of the guy who I should expect and when he’d be in and I reached out and reminded him. When I showed up he was as confused as a deer in headlights. He acted like he didn’t know how to do anything or what I was talking about. He INSISTED that I was wrong and that NO one ever told me he was specialized to work with the installation even after I showed him the email and proof and recommendation he said” no that didn’t happen here we can’t do that” I was so upset and angry and confused why he wasn’t prepared or ready or receptive he didn’t even care to have a solution. My installer even sent a work order and permission, the guy just acted so confused and lost , he had NO confidence at all, he kept consulting his manager instead of talking to me as if he was delegating me. Then when I made a spiritual remark to calm myself the manager chimed in saying “ don’t say that in here” I understand he may have different beliefs but he had no right to be rude publicly like that and speak against my beliefs. I Am dumbfounded I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone. More
