I was checked-in by Tony Henderson at the Service Dept. He was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I was there for the 5,000 mile service, which the Hemet Gosch website shows includes an oil change. To He was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Tony also quoted a 2.5 hour service (I had an appt.), for a tire rotation and inspection for a new car. When I questioned the long length of time, Tony responded that I was not the only car being serviced; his tone was impatient and humiliating. Tony has poor customer service skills and needs to be retrained. More
