Honest and excellent service I've taken my Toyotas to Toyota of Hollywood for decades. In recent years, I always ask for Erick Garcia, and he has always taken great care of me. I've taken my Toyotas to Toyota of Hollywood for decades. In recent years, I always ask for Erick Garcia, and he has always taken great care of me. He never charges me for the many little extras - in contrast to Toyota in Van Nuys, where every time I've stopped in I feel like they see a chance to make money, and I leave. He tells me what I 'could' do, but advises me if it really isn't necessary yet. He gives me my choices clearly and never pressures. I live in the West Valley now, but I always go back to Hollywood for my servicing. Can't comment any further on price, because I'm still on warranty for my current Prius. But any charges there have been above warranty have been most reasonable. More

Did what they needed to to make sure my problem was fixed I was having a problem with my satellite radio. The first thing we tried didn't solve the problem. It took some extra time, but I was provided a rental and it was clear that my satisfaction was the most important thing. They really bent over backwards to get it right. More
