I have no problems getting an appointment and always get the best service there. All service personnel such as Alex and others are very friendly, I continue to deal with ARSHAK KIRAKOSYAN. Arshak is extremely friendly, helpful and understanding and never gives me the impression that I need something done to my car that I really don't need. (The reputation that women, or mostly older women are taken advantage of because they don't know better is not true at this place)... Above & Beyond Customer Service! I had taken my 2005 prius to another Toyota Service Center and they did NOT have great customer service. They hastily explained things to me and every I had taken my 2005 prius to another Toyota Service Center and they did NOT have great customer service. They hastily explained things to me and everytime I would call to ask questions or get quotes, I could never get my original service rep & whoever they got on the phone would just read off my report with no genuine care or suggestions. I finally decided to take my car to Hollywood and Victor was the complete opposite of my previous experience. He was so gracious and let me ask questions and gave me his input. He did a full inspection of my vehicle and help me understand my car better. I left feeling so comfortable with the experience. I will def bring my business back to Victor & Toyota of Hollywood! Carlos Pelayo was my go to service person and I have been treated very well by him the last three times I have gone. This car needed extensive repair. I probably could have gone elsewhere for a less pricey deal, but they are so pleasant and accommodating (a loaner) that it is worth the extra dollars knowing that my records are there and that we can refer to them in an instant. I like tht they are genuine Toyota parts and you know what you are getting.. because Carlos answers all your questions nicely. My car is a ScionXB PURCHASED on their showroom floor 11 years ago March 8th. More
