Service department is easy to work with. I worked with Carlos pelayo to get my Toyota RAV4 emissions and engine issue solved. It was still under warranty. very sad driver I bought a Scion xB 2013 with 14000 miles on it. Before I even made my first payment I found out the front drive side brake was down to 3% and the pas I bought a Scion xB 2013 with 14000 miles on it. Before I even made my first payment I found out the front drive side brake was down to 3% and the passenger side was at 7%. I had to fight with them to fix the 3% brake pad. Today I took my car to my mechanic to fix the other side which was at 7% pads. He look at the driver side which the dealership said they fixed, they had not. They lied to me and they wanted $280 for that one brake. They are a very unethical dealership. Stay away from them. Sad driver Lisa :( More
