I don't even own a Toyota, yet I still go to Toyota of Hollywood for one reason: service with Alex Anaya. Looking for a place nearby that offered valuably priced oil changes and WiFi while you wait, of Hollywood for one reason: service with Alex Anaya. Looking for a place nearby that offered valuably priced oil changes and WiFi while you wait, I recalled an earlier experience I had had at ToH when I was servicing a friend's Scion: I was pricing tires and getting regular maintenance and Alex handled all my concerns. He educated me in a way that was not condescending; He was fair, patient and mild-mannered; He helped prioritize what absolutely needed to be addressed (tires) and what could wait, but should be next in the maintenance line (brakes). After that experience, I decided to forgo the usual Jiffy Lube and try ToH out for a basic oil change. I got a car wash in the mix, had dependable, fast, WiFi at complimentary desk spaces, and was out of there at the quoted time. These guys work hard, know their stuff and just want to deliver a dignified experience to their customers. I rarely take the time to even submit reviews such as this one, but when someone take the time to go above and beyond for me, I go above and beyond for them. More

Lily always goes out of her way to help whenever I bring my car in for a service. She is smart, friendly, and offers helpful advice. I am not quick to trust people, especially when it comes to my car, but I my car in for a service. She is smart, friendly, and offers helpful advice. Was unhappy with settling for a 2007. Still wish there was a way to move to a 2010. please contact me if there's a possibility. I was visiting for a car that was already being sold. Even with enhancements, after market, I feel I made the wrong decision and was told by sales manager to "wait". I called 1-2 days after purchase. I feel compromise was my option offered, regret decision. Tried calling immediately and was told to wait a year. Why does that help.
