This review is for Toyota of Keene Service Department. I had originally bought my Tacoma pickup from Norm Wagner Toyota but I was not pleased with the quality of price of their service. They (Norm Wagner Toyota) had used the alternative weight oil rather than the recommended weight oil and it took nearly an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment. They said it did not make any difference. A friend told me about Keene Toyota so I brought my truck in for service, including its 30k service, and was very pleased with their work and fair price. I like their waiting station and wifi because I can stay productive while they take care of my vehicle. I have also brought this truck in for the recalls and for a faulty parking brake that needs occasional lube underneath. Their work on the recalls was excellent including the use of a loaner car. I really like the occasional coupons they send in the mail that helps out too. More

Toyota Volvo told my wife that her car was unsafe to drive because of a bad inner tie rod and the tires needed to be replaced. Once my vehicle had a problem, I got only a run around from the service department. I called the Toyota 800 service number and opened a case. I was told that Todd, the customer service manager at Toyota o from the service department. I called the Toyota 800 service number and opened a case. I was told that Todd, the customer service manager at Toyota of Keene, would contact me within three business days. I did not receive a phone call back. I called two more times and still received no phone call or other communication from the dealership. My complaint with the BBB resulted in no phone call either and only a pat and dismissive answer by letter through the BBB. I was ignored and no effort was made on Toyota of Keene's part to resolve or even discuss the issue with me. Even if they felt they were in the right in terms of the vehicle's issue, ignoring a customer's formal complaint is poor customer service! Customer Disservice is what I received. I will no longer do business with them and will let everyone know of my experience there. I will say the sales department of this dealership is wonderful and I had a great experience with Jamie Rios. Too bad for them I won't be back to purchase/service any vehicles. More

Toyota Keene was my exclusive service department for my Toyotas (4Runner, Camry, Corolla). I USED to feel good about this dealership and I USED to think the service department was excellent. Something happened, they try to sell you a timing belt when it has a chain drive (4Runner), or they sell you a timing belt prematurely on a car (Camry). I take in a car for an oil change, get it home (60 mile round trip) and find it isn't done!!!Oil changes when done were consistently, yes consitently, OVERFILLED!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealer to have a car serviced!!! Makes me not want to buy a Toyota anymore. More

I bought my Toyota Echo slightly used from Toyota of Keene where I had all service done until the dealership was purchased by the Fenton Family. It seemed a good time, given gas prices, to find someone Keene where I had all service done until the dealership was purchased by the Fenton Family. I'm back 'home' and able to leave smiling from a maintenance check by people I feel I can completely trust to do what's neeeded when it's needed. More
Service at Toyota/Volvo of Keene is always top notch. The service advisors are always friendly and quick to help out, they break down things so the average non car guy understands it. Excellent customer service by both Toyota of Keene and Jaime Rios- I have been exclusively using this dealership and Jaime since 2002. It's the only place I will go.
