I bought my Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa. I was happy with the sale back then. It came time for service and I had an issue with my AC line draining. Nick, the Service Director was away when my car was there but kept me updated on its progress and instructed John to take great care of me. I was blown away by the service that I have received. We have a Highlander and Camry and bring both vehicles there for service. They really take care of the customer and truly care. It is rare to find today, especially on Long Island. Completely satisfied. I referred my sister to Toyota of Massapequa for the purchase of her Sienna and she was also extremely happy with the sale. We are a Toyota of Massapequa family for life! Wilberto , the salesman, lied to me about the msrp. He lied to me that they have the car I wanted just so I went down there, even though car was no longer available. I have never met or seen a dealership with salesmen that are beyond unenthusiastic and lack emotions. It was if they did not want our business. Melvin was not even trying to make us feel comfortable or real are beyond unenthusiastic and lack emotions. It was if they did not want our business. Melvin was not even trying to make us feel comfortable or really be supportive in what we wanted. Some people are not meant for this line of work and he is definitely not. In fact he tried to play us and say that he was going to "throw in" 2 years of free oil changes for a lease when for a lease its included! Really just overall terrible customer service. I'd recommend a nice attitude adjustment. More

Toyota's a great, Toyota of Massapequa is not. I suggest you choose a different dealership if you're interested in a Toyota. Just buying my leased car out was such a problem. Second, in financing they say you have three options, actually it's 4 - the 4th being you don't need to take any of their 3 coverage options. Third, I was told I needed to wait 90 days to pay off my car. REALLY!! So I have to pay 3 months of interest when I just want to pay off the car??? xx I contact Toyota Financing directly and what I was told at Toyota of Massapequa is 100% lie. No 90 day waiting period needed! They will try to suck as much money from you right in front of your face & behind your back. Choose a different dealership! More
