Honest, respectful, trustworthy. ...not one bad experience since 2015. My Rav4 is 7 years old and paid for, I could choose somewhere else for oil change, news tires, repair, but I do ...not one bad experience since 2015. My Rav4 is 7 years old and paid for, I could choose somewhere else for oil change, news tires, repair, but I don't. Service is exceptional! They do not do anything that is not needed to make a dollar. They tell you their recommendations and talk it over with you. I never feel pressured. Once I arrive, they greet me with courtesy and text with a number I can reach them at any time. They offer coffee, water and more. It is comfortable in the waiting room...I catch up on TV since I do not have cable at home :) I will not go anywhere other than Toyota in Midland. They have my loyalty when it comes to my next new Rav4 or ? for the third time and my service. Thank you Midland Toyota and to James Daley (JD) for the service today with new tires and being honest with my other concerns and giving me assurance for my travel plans. More

I bought a 2020 Ram and actually got rid of the truck to buy a new 1794 Toyota. I’d say it was because of the truck which I will say the new 1794 are amazing but the reason that prompted the change was serv buy a new 1794 Toyota.
