The sales team is VERY patient, understanding, and willing to negotiate. I have bought several new vehicles in my life from several different dealerships but this was by far the best experience I have willing to negotiate. 2 years ago i visited Toyota of Mt. Pleasant looking to buy a new vehicle. I was told they could get my vehicle in less than a month, i gave them $1,000 dollars. When i get home they message me it will be more like 8 months. I return to dealership to get my money they will not give it back.. it has been over 2 years and i never got a call that anything was ordered and they still have my money… this is shady business, taking peoples hard earned money.. i just want my money back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They literally just pocketed my cash. It has now been 4 years and still no word on a vehicle having been ordered or giving me back my $1,000. They literally just pocketed my money, this is so unprofessional. I am just asking for my money back. More
