I disagree with the billing for the service. The total payment was $298, and when I paid, the invoice didn't reflect the work done. I then called the representative, and they said they could email it to me if I wanted. I don't think this is professionalism from the agency; every invoice should show what was paid for. Furthermore, they left the paper that's supposed to keep the car clean on the driver's side floor, and it was covered in oil. That's unprofessional. More
