I came in there telling them exactly what I wanted since i already did my research. Our sale rep, Hieu, took out the time and walked us through a couple of car models. There were 2 things I appreciated a lot with Hieu. He was patient enough to teach my 2 parents how to use all the technologies in the car. I tried to teach them how to use a smart phone before and it took forever for them to learn the basic functions. The other thing I appreciated was Hieu put in all the available discounts when he gave us a price. He knew exactly how much his boss is willing to sell for and how much we're willing to pay. He came very close to my asking price. My friends had to do their own negotiation and it took them hours. Overall, I like this dealership: close to home, awesome services, and of course I love the discounts too. More

The dealership is definitely space constrained. The parking lot is tight. There is not enough space in the show-room for the traffic that comes through or to place all their products. The competitors have baristas and snack bars, and at CMT even the water bottles seems to be under lock and key. More
