Back Buying from Charles Maund and It Feels Good!!! I have purchased 9 different Toyotas over the years and currently own 5. Several of those purchases were from Charles Maund until a poor experience j I have purchased 9 different Toyotas over the years and currently own 5. Several of those purchases were from Charles Maund until a poor experience just over a year ago. I continued to use their stellar Service Department for all my Toyotas but the last 2 were not purchased from Charles Maund. I gave them another shot this weekend and Chris (Barton) Reed made it worth my while. I got a nice deal but more importantly, he provided full information and didn't say one thing that he later had to rescind or amend. He stood by everything he quoted and delivered a very fine 2016 Toyota Tundra CrewMax. I have another Toyota to replace in the next 6 to 9 months and I will definitely be going back to Charles Maund. More

Y.Lee was patient in identifying the exact color and interior style that I wanted, and he went out of the way in finding the best car that matched my requirements, included free mats, cargo net, and Tint. YLEE also spent a good amount of time to help negotiate the price of alloy wheels and installation, together with help from Dave walker. Y Lee meticulously explained the various features of the car and he also gave me a ride to pick up my car. Overall I did feel the folks I dealt with were sincere & dependable, pending the alloy wheel and installation all other commitments were honored. More
