The sales associate took my license to "make a copy" as a way to get me to stay and purchase a car..i never got it back and they could not find it. After the deal was over i had called the dealership explaining the mistake in purchasing the car and the manager was very rude, now that he had already made his money. If i were you i would try another dealership this one is not good and they give you false information and do not care about your best interest! More

MY RECENTLY PURCHASED SCION XB HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SINCE I BOUGHT IT. NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TERRIBLE BUT THE GM ALSO GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND PROMISED ME A NEW VEHICLE AND RESCINDED THE OFFER. YOU WILL GET A LEMON FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND YOU WILL BE TREATED POORLY WHILE DEALING WITH THE LEMON. More
Peter, the finance manager, and Stewart my salesman bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be more pleased about the level of service they offered me. I had a very complicated transaction over backwards to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be more pleased about the level of service they offered me. I had a very complicated transaction, but they did everything possible to make it work smoothly. They didn't pull any stupid used car salesmen tricks. I cant recommend them high enough. They got me to the price that I told them I needed, and didn't try to make me spend more than my budget allowed. They didn't do all of the horrible back and forth negotiating crap. I recommend them to everyone who wants to actually buy a car, and not spend 5 hours doing it. If you buy a car, call Toyota of Orange and set up your appointment with these two. More
1. I was told the car was not available in a different color - then after signing the papers we drove around to their adjacent lot to see 8 more of the same model in DIFFERENT COLORS. 2. We thought we color - then after signing the papers we drove around to their adjacent lot to see 8 more of the same model in DIFFERENT COLORS. 2. We thought we were getting a good deal - but then noticed after signing the papers in the small print that we paid OVER STICKER PRICE. We will never shop there again, and we see it as our life-long duty to steer people away from Toyota of Orange. More
My mom needed a new car preferrably a Honda or Toyota but since Civics are a little more expensive due to their remodel, we decided to go with a Corolla, CE auto/power package to be exact. I am a research fr since Civics are a little more expensive due to their remodel, we decided to go with a Corolla, CE auto/power package to be exact. I am a research freak and I thoroughly investigate my sources. After searching and calling everyone Orange County Toyota dealership and fringing LA dealerships, I got the best quote from Orange. $13,300 w/o tax, lic and doc beat the second quote Elmore Toyota of Westminster by $200. If you look at Elm's rating, yah, you wouldn't want to go there either. I digress. The salesperson I talked to on the phone was named Edward or "Eddy". It seemed straight forward and upfront and basically, we were on the same page except for my mom. He put down the numbers on paper quickly like a normal sales tactic but I made sure it was correct. It was to an extent. Now here's when it went wrong. My mom wanted to put 12k down and finance the rest for governmental purposes and to get a low rate. Unfortunately, she's with Bank of America and WaMu which offer horrible rates so we had to stick with their finance company. They said at our paypment, we would have to pay the rest at 9% for 3 years. Yeah Right. In order to make our terms work, he would have had to take off the discounts on the car and sum the price up to 14,600$ (w/o tax, etc). Not a deal to me or my mom but with this we would get 3.9% over 3 years. We ended up not buying and Eddy who seemed very cool tried to act like a bad ass sales guy who takes up the papers and effs the whole deal; walks away. Of course he ended up apologizing to me because it was my mom who got carried away. Out the door it would have been 13,300 + 1,600 tax, etc. = 14,900 and I'm pretty sure we could have gotten that price with cash only. If we went this route, I'm pretty sure things would have gone more smooth. I did, however, catch Eddy trying to crunch some wrong calculations in while he was making the invoice for the financing. I might recommend this dealer if you can get an out the door price and only with this can you make a deal happen. More
