Being 78+ for both of us and among similar age people there is a “given” when something goes wrong with our car. Specifically, our 2019 Avalon. Anyway, I immediately began to think the worst and the $$$$ it was probably going to cost to fix … especially at a dealer. Im physically disabled so my wife has to handle such events. We were so thankful for the professional, patient, and kind guidance the Toyota Of Paris Service Advisor 702 Grace Kuydendall provided for my wife. Bought a 2021 Tacoma with 46,000 miles. Had scratches. Fixed one. Gave me $12,000 trade but somehow it added up to $41,000. Dodge offered 16,000 trade. Took it for service today and was told it needed the brake lines flushed and cleaned for $150 and transmission service for another $200. Only got one key and have to pay another $275 to get a second key. The previous owners of this dealership always had my vehicle prepared for the sale as this is my fourth Toyota truck from here. It's now my last. More

I would say this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a car dealership. They drained my full take of gas out of my car and then didn’t fill it up before giving me my car back. Had my car for 11 hours and only did a diagnostic test I came for a diagnostic test and to have my recall done just to be told after 11 hours that my recall was never done and to come back, even though I work out of town during business hours, they outrageously tried to charge me for service after never even fully telling me what was going on, never cleaned out the inside of my car Left towels in my vehicle . I will NEVER go back . Would rather drive to another Toyota out of town . UPDATE called and spoke with Robert Boyden the service manager who told me that I was even charged for him giving LESS THAN HALF A TANK after taking all of my gas and joy riding around town in my car. He had the nastiest attitude and when I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with he told me no one was above him and that he wasn’t going to fill my car up with his money ! More
