We want to clarify that we are committed to honest and transparent service—something we take very seriously. You made an appointment for your vehicle the because it was not starting and you trusted us to do an oil change and a battery replacement, which we completed. Regarding the firmware update: That update is covered under warranty for three years. Unfortunately, your vehicle is now two years outside of that coverage period. While we understand your frustration, we are unable to offer warranty repairs on vehicles no longer eligible. As the service advisor stated to you, we cannot cover items “under warranty” because your concern is all over the internet. That said, we do value loyal customers, and we’re always open to offering goodwill assistance when possible. Based on your consistent service history with us every 5,000 miles, it's clear you've placed trust in our team, which is why this review caught us off guard. I'd be happy to speak with you directly to see if we can find a fair resolution. Please feel free to reach out.
