Was promised two key fobs and then they could only find one and tried to tell me my car only came with one. Thankfully I had a screenshot of the listing from their website and they had another one made- wh one and tried to tell me my car only came with one. My salesman Hector was extremely rude and aggressive after I bought my car and had issues with the car play and tires. When I told him he was being disrespectful he said "what are you going to do about it?" Manager Odie was standing right there and told him to cool down and that was it. Had to come back three times to have small issues taken care of. Overall terrible experience here. Still haven't received plates after three weeks. 0/10, DNR this dealership. More

This was the worst experience I have had in years at a service shop. I do. Not recommend them. I paid $350 for my oil change. I did not even get my $30 coupon, from the website. Text at 12 ish, and I texted back and he never responded. I was there 2 1/2 hours. I went to him to see my car was done. He didn’t even tell me. I saw. All the people who were after me left before me, there reps talk to them. Do not use this place Toyota of Runnemede for service, you will not be happy and you will be there all day. More

The Controller named Donna Hmielewski talks to the employees in a very disrespectful manner and aspect for the employees to take it. In the past 3 months people have left or gotten fired because she d employees in a very disrespectful manner and aspect for the employees to take it. In the past 3 months people have left or gotten fired because she did not like how they spoke back to her after she was already speaking to them in a non-professional manner. As a former employee I witnessed and have gotten the same treatment from her. A manager under her left after 3 days because of the way Donna was speaking to her. The owners allow her to treat people this way continuously no matter who they are. She speaks to them as if they are not people. You will be wasting your time there. More

While I did get a quality truck from Toyota of Runnemede, I cannot recommend them. They failed to pay off my trade-in entirely, leaving me with a partial balance. Later, I noticed another truck on their lot that I was interested in and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a second chance. I went back and forth with the salesperson, even offering to leave a deposit after running my credit. Despite this, I was ghosted, and the truck was sold without any notice. When I reached out to confirm if the truck was sold, the salesperson never responded. The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing, and the whole experience felt shady. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t even give this 1 star if I could. I don’t know where to start. First they told me price of used vehicle which was $7k more than what they advertised, so the this 1 star if I could. I don’t know where to start. It’s a used vehicle, the price is the price !!! So they finally took that away. They then low ball you on trade in which is what I expected, but, finally agreed on $8K for that. By the time I was ushered to the finance guy where you are pushing buttons to sign all the paperwork, I realized when I got home they scammed me and only gave me $5,500 for trade-in. Been calling multiple times and they keep saying we will call you back and make things right, but, they don’t. Tired of getting the run around. It’s been 2.5 weeks and no resolution. They scammed me for $2500. BUYER BEWARE !!! How do you like that Melvin? Rory? Scammers! Toyota of Runnemede giving you the runaround! Good job guys! More
