Worst Service Experience imaginable. They do not value a customer's time and they do not provide updates on delays, even when they know there will be a delay when a car is dropped off. I prepaid for 2 years of service but will never do that again. And because of this, when we need to get another car within 2 years, it will not be a Toyota. Ironically, the Camry I have is a good car. I have no idea why they can't respect existing customers. More

The sales rep, Gyahn was fantastic to work with. He made the process straight forward and didn’t pressure me at all. I had a great experience with Mr. Tarek Bash trading in my old car for a new RAV-4.
