Worst dealer ever and worst customer service I am giving this dealership this bad rating because the car was trashed on the inside when it was shown, smoke smell was toxic, brakes went to the flo I am giving this dealership this bad rating because the car was trashed on the inside when it was shown, smoke smell was toxic, brakes went to the floor, aligned was off.Car was said and sticker-ed it was inspected when it wasn't finished.Was sent out in this car endangering my life, my wifes and child.People were very rude and laughed at us .Never seen anything like it in my life .Gm was so horrible, wouldn't let us get 2 words in and said we were pass that, but hadn't begun.Fraudulent activity with service records and inspection stickers.I had to report them to Toyota, department of justice, BBB,FTC, attorney general, local papers, T.V station,penndot, dealership services and possibly state police.Took 5 days to get car back from service and the brakes still go to the floor. Serivce records showed it was inspected August 6th 2013 , but window stickers said 5/11/2014, car wasn't ready but sticker-ed and was allowed to leave dealer not knowing this More

Since then, I have dealt with Perry Capurro whose knowledge and patience resolved the "recall issues" quickly and without any inconvenience on my part. Then, I obtained the help of Louis Piero whose experience and determination solved the mystery of low tire pressure and took the steps necessary to correct that problem. I also sought the expertise of Shane Topper at their Collision Center who restored my car door to perfection after my car was bumped by a car parked next to me. Although I only named these individuals, I know there are many other friendly and exeptional professional employees behind the scenes who help to keep me safe on the road and my car looking great. I have brought my Tacoma in for service three times and also brought it in for inspection. The price actually went down each time and they always came to get me from the waiting room before the time they s also brought it in for inspection. After I hit a deer the auto body shop took care of the work and a few months later the paint started to fade on the hood. They took care of repainting the hood at no additional cost to me. They even got the rental car for me. I was very happy with the service they gave me every time I went in. More

From a sales or service end you have the cell number of the person your dealing with "Your Guy At York", when you call them, they answer. I don't mean to be stumbling over myself, to be clear, they are in business to make money, so am I. Their pricing is fair and considering the level of service and honesty you get, it is indeed a value doing business with Toyota of York. I highly recommend their valet service, for a nominal fee they pick your car up at your home or place of business whichever you prefer, service it, hand wash and clean interior, and return it to you where ever you choose. I honestly believe they have figured out the best way to make money is to have happy customers that know and trust them. Simply put these guys are solid and they've got my business from now on. More
