I have been buying Hondas form Tracy Honda since 1994, so I did not hesitate to go back and buy our 2012 Honda Civic. Gordon understood why I needed the car I was looking for, my wife is disabled and I neede I did not hesitate to go back and buy our 2012 Honda Civic. Gordon understood why I needed the car I was looking for, my wife is disabled and I needed the Navigation and blue tooth.He explained the car in detail and he kept us in our price range. He also didnt waste our time, we asked quistins and he had answers, when we did the paperwork, it was fast and the loan officer explained everything in detail just as Gordon did. Why, Our experience at Tracy Honda was excellent. Our Sales manager, Nick Sandhu was courteous, informative, and low key. I really appreciate that he left us alone when we needed time and did not give us a high pressure "sales chatter" as so many places do. The business manager was also excellent. We came to this dealer because the car we wanted was advertised at a good price. We purchased the car because the dealership provided the service we required, and the car was as advertised. More

My husband and I live in Modesto, CA and refuse to do service at Modesto Honda. So we drove all the way to Tracy to the Honda dealership because we heard of their great customer service. We were looking for a new SUV to suit our growing family. We wandered around the lot and found exactly what we were looking for. Within an hour of arriving, we were in the process of signing papers for a new car. We would like to recognize James Munson for his exceptional customer service and honesty. The poor reputation of a "car salesman" was obviously given to someone who did NOT work at Tracy Honda. The entire team is so wonderful and inviting and we will be happy to spread the word of our experience. Thank you Tracy Honda for making our car-buying experience an easy one. :) More

My car battery died. I was able to charge it and bring it in. I called ahead and they were ready for me. I had my daughter with me so I couldn't stay long. They replaced my battery within 45 minutes. They had a bunch of snacks there which helped since it was almost lunch time. The complimentary hot cocoa and fruit were a big hit with my daughter. The separate toy room kept my daughter occupied. It ended up being a very pleasant experience. Michael took very good care of us. More
The sales staff at Tracy Honda was very customer focused. Even with the current state of the automobile market with the aftermath of what's going on in Japan, the staff there wasn't too pushy. They seemed to genuinely care about trying to find me the car that I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy or felt lured into something I wasn't interested in. They took the input of what I was looking for, and even with a very difficult to find vehicle, found me the EXACT car I wanted with the EXACT options and my number one color choice and executed a dealer trade. On top of that, they offered a fair price (I wish I could have gotten it lower, of course) considering the market status. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a new Honda. When I bring my car in for service down the line, I will definitely stop by and say hello to the folks that made the sale happen. I hope the service there is as good as it was with my last new car. I went in to find a part for my 2005 Odyssey. Although it appears to be a part that rarely fails, since they haven't needed to order many in the past, Dan was able to find it quickly on the computer. I've been to other dealers in the past where the parts person had some troubles finding the correct parts. This was not the case with Dan at Tracy Honda. The dealership didn't have it in stock (see rarely ordered above). Dan was able to tell me how long it would take to arrive based on where the part was coming from. The service was quick, efficient & friendly. I have great confidence in recommending Dan @ Tracy Honda to my friends for any parts issues they may have. More
Dealing with Matt Chapman and the staff at Tracy Honda was a great experience. Everyone was courteous and friendly and the whole transaction was so easy.
