Out of 7 dealerships, Lilly at Transwest was the ONLY one that replied to my emails personally from the very beginning, not 5 automated responses. She answered all our questions and concerns without the hassle. We traveled 6 hrs on a weekend and Lilly made sure we had directions and knew exactly who to deal with before we arrived. When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting for us up front and ready. We were greeted by all the employees that morning and offered beverages and a relaxing atmosphere. After a test drive, we sat down and made the sale. The team at Transwest is friendly, honest, and by far one of the best!
