I came in expecting professional service from a dealership representing a legendary brand, but instead I was met with indifference, poor communication, and what felt like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping anyone on the floor. Calls go unanswered, messages aren’t returned, and when you finally do get someone on the line, it’s like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I’ve been to other Harley dealerships that actually treat riders like valued customers—this place, unfortunately, isn’t one of them. If you’re looking for quality service and people who actually care about your bike and your business, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s sad to say, but this location gives the Harley name a bad look. More
