We just bought our seventh car from Josh Grasso at Trent and had a great experience as usual. It is hard to shop at other dealers because we’ve never had as good of an experience anywhere else. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about cars in general, is low pressure and patient, and truly wants the best outcome for us, even if that means no vehicle at the moment. The truck I perched the navigation doesn’t work when I took the test drive he said it just had to update or upload . I drop it off to fix the tailgate and to look at that as well . Ronnie was great and good salesman I have problem with service department I had car worked on paid 1200 dollars to 1 mile down road and had to come back and another 800 dollars and don't what going to hap service department I had car worked on paid 1200 dollars to 1 mile down road and had to come back and another 800 dollars and don't what going to happen next was said my battery was bad but only had it 4 months and took it back to O'Reilly's and it's good but battery was replaced heard bad things never had work done until now hopefully it won't get worse More
