Hi Karen! Unfortunately I do not work in our service department, however I do work very closely with all of our staff members within the dealership, and am more than happy to help mediate your concerns between our Service Advisors. If for any reason it was not discussed before your appointment started that synthetic oil is required by the factory for your 2019 Cherokee when completing regularly scheduled maintenance (as it can void warranty should you incur vehicle issues), than that is in fact our error. When synthetics are required, it is always our obligation to educate our clientele on their vehicles' upkeep and safety. Upon your appointment completion, you also had your tires rotated, filter change, belts, fuel, steering and exhaust systems inspected. As well as the tires checked for wear and tear, as well as the tire pressure. Labor, Parts, and sales tax totaled the sum of just over $90. Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Regardless of the feedback, we truly appreciate what our customers have to say as it's how we learn, grow and strive to better our performance as a dealership. Our technicians were unable to finish your trucks maintenance and repairs the Friday it was brought in, as there was full capacity within our shop that day, and as much as it's always our #1 goal to complete all customer work that's currently on our grounds, it's also our #1 goal to do so with the utmost care and accuracy. Typically, we would not re-schedule a service for a Saturday (as it's the busiest day for our Service Team), however wanting to accommodate you in the quickest time frame possible, as it was our cause for the delay, we pushed your RO to the first opening the next AM. Our advisor should have disclosed the time your service would take upon arrival, that was our error for not ensuring you were completely informed beforehand. The installation of parts did take the two & a half hours as the technician had to dis-assemble the door frame, as well as remove the glass window pane for correct alignment of the new parts/upfit. Before you left Friday, you were supposed to have received a card for a complimentary oil change for your inconvenience, as we sincerely try to ensure customer satisfaction every customer, every visit. I would love to earn the opportunity to rectify the situation, or discuss any lingering concerns you may have. Should you want to utilize your complimentary maintenance, I have included a tire rotation as well to your service profile. This way both can be taken advantage of together or separately.
