Been have issues with my Jeep Cherokee since I moved out here from Calif. I tired other fix it shops, but either came back with the same problem or new problem. There I met Hunter the service rep. He has gone more than the extra mile each time I have had to have something fixed. Up front from the beginning about cost and how long it will take to fix it. I do not the mechanics name, but Hunter made sure I had the same person working on my jeep. I cannot say enough about him either. He too made sure that I was aware of what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. I can't thank them enough. More

I have had an issue with my auto start stop on my 2018 Ford escape titanium not functioning. I have taken it into the dealership twice for repair. I am very dissatisfied with the service and trying to call them back to find out what they are going to do to make it right has been impossible. Nobody wants to answer the phone. I’m at the point right now where I feel like. I almost have to get a job just to be able to fix my car where it’s running right and I’m not able to work anymore so it’s very discouraging. More

We have called six times today to get an update on an issue that has been unresolved since February, only to get transferred to full mailboxes or "disconnected" each time. Poor customer service.
