Rusty was very well versed in the product and did a great demo. Allowed us to take one of the trucks for a day and try it out. I like the truck and will use Tri State again in the future. demo. The sales tactics employed by this dealership is the worst my girlfriend and I have ever seen! The staff consistently left us unattended in a sales cubical for up to 30 minutes at a time. Although our i worst my girlfriend and I have ever seen! The staff consistently left us unattended in a sales cubical for up to 30 minutes at a time. Although our initial sales consultant, Daniel Nelson, was friendly, he knew little to nothing about the Jeep I was there inquiring about; that seemed to be the case with the majority of the employee's. The offer given to me for my trade-in was over $4,000 less than the NADA value, which I might add, the state of Virginia uses to determine the value of vehicles! The advertised price of the Jeep was about $2500 more than the NADA value. It took over four hours to complete the transaction. We got to the dealership a few minutes after two in the afternoon and we didn't drive away with the Jeep until after six-thirty in the evening. It took us to drive away from the dealership when they offered us a fourth or fifth outrageous deal before they called us back about five minutes after leaving to offer us something close to the deal we were looking for. Our overall experience was less than pleasing and we will be sure to avoid this dealership like the plague and be sure to voice our experience to any of our friends looking to buy a new or used car in that geographic area.
