I only rated this dealership a 1 because it made me in order to post a review. If I had the option I would rank them a -1,000,000,000,000!!!!! This dealership is absolute scam, they cashed my check and g order to post a review. If I had the option I would rank them a -1,000,000,000,000!!!!! This dealership is absolute scam, they cashed my check and gave me the runaround for a while. I am from New Mexico and recently bought a car from this dealership a little over a month ago. I decided to fly down there last minute and drive my car home instead of getting it shipped because this dealer was acting really shady. That's just the beginning, I ended flying up there alone which they knew about to pick up what I thought was going to be my dream car. Instead it was a huge nightmare and let's just say I am just lucky to be alive. I woukd like to get into all the details but it would be too much. Anyway, after getting my car checked out at a certified dealer I was quoted 9,100 in damages that were intentionally done to my car. I didn't even make it home in it because I got a blowout on the highway. So I cal the dealership and ask them what they are going to do about it. He tells me that all I had was a flat tire from the drive, and to stop calling them. I am so upset he won't even try to make this right when the proof is clearly there that they sold me a xxxxed up car. I would never ever ever recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!! Hopefully one day he will be shut down for doing the things that they are!! I know I won't stop fighting 💪 More

Do not purchase from this business, this is not an emotional response but yet a practical one coming from the principle of the matter , which is them not demonstrating standard fair business practices emotional response but yet a practical one coming from the principle of the matter , which is them not demonstrating standard fair business practices, yet along adhering properly to the lemon laws of Arizona when it comes to selling automobiles and handling the consumers issues. Lemon laws are put in place on a state-by-state basis and are in place to protect buyers from dealerships who cover up serious issues with vehicles in order to move them off the lot and put the costly repairs on you. Dealerships who violate lemon laws should be reported which is why Trucks & More LLC deserves to be reported. They did not properly execute the principles of Arizona Lemon Law which covers used cars for 15 days or 500 miles. They gave us the run around and wasted our time, disrespected our time, along with poor communication and poor customer service. They sent us to a mechanic that did not properly diagnose our vehicle yet alone fix the multitude of issues this vehicle has been having. We had to take matters into our own hands to get a diagnostic done to be informed of $3,367 of repairs that needs to be done on the vehicle. Trucks And More LLC lies and they force you to do things that will benefit only them. Especially after they have snatched your title to your original vehicle out of your hand and will not give it back after numerous tries, as well as not giving you your vehicle back. They don't even accommodate the damages they have caused. There is so much more I can say about this place but they are truly not even worth it. PLEASE STAY AWAY, DO NOT LET THE SMALL FABRICATED POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU !! More

Blatant liars. Beating myself up for making a long distance car purchase but these guys completely scammed me. I made it clear to them that i was legally disabled and if car was not as described ot could financially devistate me...they could care less. Car has upper engine tick, a grinding whining noise coming from engine bay, suspension shot, wont pass inspection, broken gas door, broken drivers side window switch, windshield wiper fluid dispensers dont work, chiped winshield, and many cosmetic issues that were not documented and or blatantly lied about. They would not respond to me after i recieved the car until a family member left a bad google review on top of mine...at which point Joe the manager finally called me and threatened to "come at me" and my family if they bad reviews. Shady punks. More
