Appointments don’t seem to mean anything. I had a very long wait time to drop off my car for service and get a loaner. I was told on the phone it could take 30 min to set up the loaner but I I had a very long wait time to drop off my car for service and get a loaner. I was told on the phone it could take 30 min to set up the loaner but I didn’t realize it would take well over an hour to drop off and get to that part. I was an hour late for work. More
