I was told that the vehicle had not even been brought into the bay yet. They then told me that they may be able to do the oil change, but not the engine diagnostic. They would not commit to when they could get it done, stating that they were doing the best that they could, but had cars that have been waiting for a week to get in the scheduled service. They would not commit to when they would do the work. Why they schedule appointments when they know that 5hey don’t have the staff to do the work is beyond me. I had been a customer there for years, event buying vehicles there. They have now lost me as a customer, but I don’t think that they care… More

Among the many problems, I've had transmission issues since new, where the truck shutters under acceleration (there are many, many posts regarding this issue that I wished I'd read beforehand). Tulley has been unable to fix it, and now has given up, telling me it's normal (why replace transmission parts as they did 3 months ago, if it's normal). Next, I had them check the brakes this last visit, which they also said were ok, however driving home from the dealer they were grinding as if they were metal to metal (is this normal?). It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a dealership that is so terrible. I didn't want to simply complain, I was interested in a solution, so I politely asked for one of the senior managers, John Murphy, to call me so we could come up with a solution to the transmission and brake issue, and he never called. The dealership finished with my truck at 3PM on Friday while I was at work. At 9AM on Saturday as I was heading out to pick up the truck, I received a voicemail from Tulley they were going to "report my loaner" 'stolen' I assume, if I didn't call them and return it. Yikes! Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
