I came in for a class action lawsuit WITH a case number and they tried to charge me for the work that is COVERED through the case number. I spoke to the manager, Frank and he said that even though corporat and they tried to charge me for the work that is COVERED through the case number. Took it to Regional Hyundai and all the work it needs is covered thru the case number after all. More

They said we need a new battery, at $420. We had the battery checked at Robertsons, and they said the battery was perfectly good. Staff are nice and helpful but every time I come into the dealership it's always $3-400 (this time I was 500 dollars) more than what is anticipated along with recommendations that are not based on facts from dealership it's always $3-400 (this time I was 500 dollars) more than what is anticipated along with recommendations that are not based on facts from service manual! I will not be returning to the dealership to get my routine or any needed service due to these customer service issues! This dealer was tasked to repair a failing AC system on a brand new car. Temps were in high 90’s. Car was new 3100 miles. So due to a delay in getting to the leak detector , I was offered a loaner.
