Turan-Foley does great work servicing my Buick We moved to the Gulf Coast in 2014 and found this dealership to service our 2015 Buick Enclave. Brand new tahoe shakes terribly! Not only will I never purchase a gm vehicle ever again, I will ensure everyone knows the terrible customer service I have experienced with this dealer Not only will I never purchase a gm vehicle ever again, I will ensure everyone knows the terrible customer service I have experienced with this dealership. If you want a quality vehicle, do not go with a tahoe. According to Turan Foley, it is normal for a tahoe to vibrate/shake. The vehicle shakes so bad, it makes you nauseous. Turan Foley treated this situation with no care at all. They treat you so good while making a purchase, but do not expect anything beyond that. By far, the worst customer experience I have had in all of my life. I have purchased 4 brand new vehicles (this being the first gm vehicle) and I have never had even close to an experience this bad. I will never stop telling anyone and everyone I can about the quality of a tahoe and the experience at the turan foley dealership and service center. Do your research before you buy. I wish I would have, because this is a very known issue. More

Worst Experience at a Dealership They are lacking in customer service to say the least. My car was smoking and the check engine light was on. The lady who finally addressed me said They are lacking in customer service to say the least. My car was smoking and the check engine light was on. The lady who finally addressed me said they were booked and have had some vehicles for more than 2 weeks! Whenever you call you only get an answering machine. I tried for a week to make an appointment for an oil change but no one answered or called me back. When I was able to go to the dealership I was told no appointments first come first serve. It's like a jungle, better yet a zoo up there!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! The one good thing is the Manager in the detail department overheard my conversation and took my car in back to cool it down enough for me to safely drive to another dealership! Thanks TJ! Not going back to Turan Foley...... More
