My salesman was very very nice tried to explain it's a marketing ploy from your finance from your internal departments and they don't really know what they're talking about. My salesperson was lovely and kept me calm I was furious and based on this I likely will not return to you at the end of this lease for another vehicle . Pure unadulterated bait and switch lies... My husband ended up paying a substantial down payment and a significantly higher monthly rate than we were promised in writing via text. 299 a month no down payment!!!! Needless to say I am not a happy camper the car is nice salesman was nice but everything else was a nightmare. P.S. this is my 7th Jeep purchase/lease, first ever nightmare with car leasing. Also on the day of purchase Chrysler Capital automatically withdrew a monthly payment on the old lease , It will not refund that money even though I no longer had that lease actively. I asked your dealership to intercede on my behalf for a refund of that months money, but again to no avail. Disgusted at your practices. Print this on yelp ! More

They informed us the battery needed replaced and the right rear shock needed replaced (seal blown). We agreed to get the shock replaced for $850 (willing to pay $ for convenience this time) and said we would take care of the battery. 5 days later the shock/strut came in. We dropped the van off and I asked if they were replacing 1 shock or both. Answer was "just one" to which I said "Really? You ALWAYS replace shocks/struts in pairs since they are both worn (my opinion, but ask an honest mechanic). Upon hearing the answer, I walked out leaving my wife to give the key, etc. (sorry dear...). Tech offered to her to do both shocks for $1800 instead, she said no, gave the key, got the tag and left. Picking up the van price was $1475. They replace my brand new battery and 1 shock. I asked to speak with the tech who came out and said he had reviewed in detail everything on the shop order (which he hadn't) and then proceeded to line me out about walking out. When I tried to speak he rudely cut me off telling me "I'm talking!". Did they offer to give me my new battery at least? No. Did they offer to take their battery out and put my new one back in after I said I didn't need their battery? No. Did they do anything? YES. THEY ARGUED WITH ME. Lets look at the finances. Shock - $614.90, Battery - $423.50, Labor $344.93. Total $1474.98 (tx incl) If I had done this myself here would have been the costs: Monroe OEM Spec shock - $28.98, battery - $179.99 (Walmart 4 year warranty), set of chromium S wrenches - $40. Total - $265.47. Assume my labor at $145/hr at 4 hours = $580. Total = $901.48 (tx incl.). So even if I paid top dollar for labor they are still $573.50 over. If I did the work myself my total would be just $265.47 versus their $1474.98 - over $1200 extra! And what did I get for my $? An argument with the Turnersville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram staff and to get told to "be quiet - I'm talking!" Their warranty? At best 24 months. My parts? 4 years battery, 5 years shock. PS: You can't make this stuff up. Just figured out why my spare key doesn't work. . . on top of other review, they gave me someone else's key! (This is the 2nd time!) More

(he knew year, mileage and condition) Then when young lady goes to pick up the car & drop off trade.... the deal changes. Oh we can't give you that for trade the seat has a tear. Then they change to paperwork without saying anything putting the co-signer's name as primary. At this point the buyer should have walked away from the deal. Then they wait until last day before Temp Registration is experired to register the vehicle... and register it in thr wrong name! We go to pick up the tags after being told they were in... only to find out they are NOT. Then the most sleazy, arrogant, unprofessional and ignorant General Manager Dave Wood... says Temp Tags "don't have an expiration" and that "cops don't pay attention to that" (to a retired officer of 25 years) Says NJ stopped towing cars because of COVID... umm what year are we in??? Proceeds to insigate and arguement by cursing and make rude and unprofessional comments as we leave. I would never recommend this dealer to anybody. Once they get thier commision they treat you like garbage. Completely incompetant and unprofessional. This is why car salesman have the reputation they do. More

They could not find a code so after three breakdowns and tows, the service manager told me “ nothing is wrong with your car, you are wasting my time, go to cherry hill jeep, you don’t know how to drive”. I have the issue on video and pictures, he refused to look at. Additionally, prior to that jeep giving me issues, I purchased another at the same dealer in April, certified, pre owned. (About the 12th jeep in the family) took it in to different dealer for service closer to my home because the rear hatch and stop/ start feature was not working only to be told it is not covered under the certified warranty! Have reached out to dealer, area manager, owner, Chrysler and Stallantis. Still no call backs! More
I'm contacting the NBC 10 consumer report department on this location. They way the service department treats customers is outrageous and unacceptable. But the treatment is constant, so it must be the cult this location. They way the service department treats customers is outrageous and unacceptable. But the treatment is constant, so it must be the culture. I just received a call from their mechanic, Mike, and he told me that he won't be working on my vehicle that I've brought back for the 3rd time, for the same issue. All because I showed frustration and asked for my original parts to be put back in when Mike (their mechanic) was trying to force (word play) me into paying for the servicing of my breaks. A service that I was asked to wait until the mechanic "got in there to figure out what's going on," and I would be given a quote for the break service. But over an hour later, I was called in to pay a fee. On the phone just now, though. Mike told me that he told me this, that, at the time of the break issue, he told me that he wouldn't be working on my vehicle anymore. While I had my vehicle towed to their location yesterday, I work tomorrow, and they don't provide loaners. If this was a known fact, I wouldn't have wasted my time having my vehicle towed to this location. So now I have to risk and drive to another location, or have it towed again. Outrageous. More

Everyone one was very friendly. .There were a few bumps in the road for our sale but what road doesn't have bumps? Our salesman was nice. Found the car we wanted. Thank you. Would have liked a little more time to have the car features explained but that is what the internet is for, right? So all in all it was a decent experience, would i go there again? Most likely no for the distance. They do have lots of cars and lots of personnelto help you out. :o) More
