My Review of Turnpike Ford of Huntington:
I have returned my vehicle several times for warranty work. They have never repaired anything on the first visit. On one occasion, I was told that they didn't have anyone to look at it at this time, and would have to bring it back next week. On my last visit, I was told that the repair would take 3.5 hours. I scheduled a appointment so I could wait for the vehicle. At 4 hours I was told that it would be about 15 minutes longer. At 6 1/2 hours, I ask to speek to the service manager. who told me that the mechanic who was to repair my vehicle did not have a uniform to wear, so he went home to change clothes. I guess when he got back to work it was time for lunch then, so I wait longer. The service writer has a real personaltiy problem, which after talking with others who have dealt with this dealership have found this to be a common complaint. My recomendation is to stay away from this place or you will soon be sorry you didn't.
