The dealership is good but the Call Center for service appts was terrible. Had no knowledge of service issues, time for service needed and was on hold 4.5 minutes. When I pulled up to the service area I was taken care of right away and then met with Rick to review my service needs. The service took 2+ hours to complete which was normal.
