I first must say it says something when the owner of the dealer is as active in a deal as any other salesman on the floor. I feel I got a killer deal on a 2011 Mazda3 Hatchback, with far more options I had originally looked for, at roughly what I had figured (money wise) on a "stripped down" model. The customer service was great, continuously making sure we had everything we needed, and knew when to walk away so I can talk it over with my father. John and Jim were not pushy at all, and were very transparent in every aspect of the deal- from trade in to finance. I would highly recommend this dealer, and can honestly say I hope this is one dealer I would love to see expand and grow. More

You read everywhere that car buying is such a frustrating experiencing, but when I came here, it was the exact opposite - you will actually ENJOY the process of buying a car. In terms of pricing, I don't think it could get much better. There was no "let me check with my sales manager" for 3 hours, haggling. Through the Costco program, it's simple - they sell you the vehicles at invoice - not a penny more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new Mazda. Save yourself the hassle and save yourself some time by going here first before any other dealer. More

The atmosphere at the dealership was great. The staff was friendly and I received a good price. Lori in financing was so nice and made the paperwork go fast. Jim, Ozzy, Lori and I sat in the office after and talked for about 10 minutes afterwards and I never had that experience at a dealer before. We met with Drazen Canjuga while window shopping. He was very helpful in introducing us to the CX-9, explaining every detail and answering all our concerns. The drivers side mirror does have a vaibration problem which Drazen is working very hard to resolve and we appreciate his concern. Drazen made this pruchase a very smooth transaction. Everyone at Tustin Mazda is very friendly, helpful and best of all, we never felt any pressure. We are extremely satisfied with our CX-9 and are looking forward to a long happy relationship with it. I had such a wonderful experience with Tustin Mazda! I had never driven a Mazda before or even sat in one! And Jeff spent SO MUCH time helping me and letting me test drive every car on the lot practicall had never driven a Mazda before or even sat in one!
