I took the car in for an alignment. We didn't realize that service wasn't covered under the warranty. At the end of the appointment, the bill was over $350! All I had to do was say I hadn't realized it wasn't covered under the warranty and they took care of the bill for me! I was totally amazed but beyond grateful. Everyone from the sales team to the service department worked really hard to get us into a car and help us take care of the car! I would (and have) recommended Twins Buick GMC to anyone and everyone.
