I had been looking for a new car for quite sometime but due to being college student with limited funds and no credit history I kept being turned away I had been looking for a new car for quite sometime but due to being college student with limited funds and no credit history I kept being turned away and not taken seriously by other dealerships. After being involved in a car accident I had no choice but to buy another car. Twins Buick GMC not only took my situation seriously and treated me with the upmost respect but they answered every question I had, and walk me through each and every step. Kannon, the finance manager spoke with me several times until my deal was funded to make sure that everything was going as planned and to answer any concerns. Brandon, my salesmen was very honest about the car and the entire financial process. He was professional at all times. My deal took a few days to fund but it was worth the wait because Brandon and kannon exhausted all options to get me the best deal possible. The owner, Ty even reached out to me later not only to ask if I was happy with my purchase but if I was okay from the accident. This is my first car I have bought from Twins but it will not be my last! Twins is the best dealership in Columbus. Everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you Twins. More

Dishonest Went into the dealership and test drove a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. After going back and forth I signed a contract that said I would buy the Jeep Went into the dealership and test drove a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. After going back and forth I signed a contract that said I would buy the Jeep for the list price of 15874 out the door today and they would also take my trade in for 2500 leaving me with 13374 to pay. After sometime had passed and they took the Jeep through detail they came back and said they could not honor that price. I told them it was a signed contract and they needed to honor it. He then asked me if I was going to buy the Jeep or keep wasting his time. I would hope that Tygran Safaryan would not allow this to be acceptable behavior. Definitely felt like the bait and switch. More

Now, If you like to be ignored and receive poor customer service than this is a perfect dealership. Everything I said or asked for was in one ear and out the other, not just my salesman but in management too. When I took a vehicle for a test drive they asked ME to put in gas in it? Really? That's how you do business. I had to make several trips to finalize my deal and each time I waited 30-45 minutes sometimes even an hour to even get service. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. More
