brought truck in thursday before close, was told would be a 2 hour diagnostic, and would know more friday afternoon or saturday. called friday and was told truck was being pulled in so should have update soo a 2 hour diagnostic, and would know more friday afternoon or saturday. called friday and was told truck was being pulled in so should have update soon. still didn't have an update until the following Monday afternoon. had to call/text multiple times. ultimately took it elsewhere. Got my appointment quick upon calling the dealership. Turned in the car went quick at the service department. Vehicle issue on drive to area from out of state. Service department had me bring vehicle in immediately upon my calling and would work me into their schedules.
