I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot. The sales person I worked with was Lauren, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. She's a 10! They had just had a system upgrade so the paperwork for the final cost was a bit confusing but they did their best to explain the paperwork and in the end the price was what I had expected. More
WARNING. .... Service Department knuckleheads are lost. Took my 11 year old car in for oil change, advised them of rattle in engine. Kid advised he knew exac .... Service Department knuckleheads are lost. Took my 11 year old car in for oil change, advised them of rattle in engine. Kid advised he knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced a belt for too much $$$$. Result?: Rattle was still there, and no oil change performed per invoice. Took car back in for OIL CHANGE and advised rattle still present. After an hour, said they could not find a rattle. Told them to pack it up I will deal with it. The mahomes look- a- like wannabe kid came back and actually said this..... "We noticed you are due for an oil change, would you like us to do one?" Really? This is my 2nd try to get an oil change!!!! It is WHY I originally came in the first place last week. You missed it first time around! The rattle has been identified by various people by simple explanation over the phone or who ride in the car with me, yet these humans can't figure it out. I sadly have since moved on after being a long term Honda owner (Three cars). I will not return, they have lost a customer. While explaining this to another Honda owner, she advised her personal mechanic told her a part should be under warranty, so she went in and after a lengthy wait, was told not under warranty, so she left. Then while in Helena, went to dealership on a whim, and they said it was on warranty and fixed it on the spot. The Billings Underriner service is being operated by a bunch of bozo's who seemingly do not know much about cars. If you are car engine stupid like me, do not rely on these knuckleheads as they have no clue and only interested in ringing up sales!!!!! How sad! PS. I bought a new car, not a Honda and buyer is aware of rattle and knew how to fix it. I would hate to be a car sales person here knowing the service department sucks this bad. He worked with us patiently for three years until we were ready to buy our car, helping us pick out the features we really needed (and not trying to talk us into features we didn't want or need), taking us on two test drives, and finding us the car in the color we wanted when the time came. He went above and beyond! I especially appreciated how knowledgeable he is and the fact that he is not high pressure. If you are looking to buy a Honda, reach out to Joe - he is the absolute best cars salesman we have ever dealt with! More

I have dealt with this dealership for years. Have leased at least 6 or 7 vehicles from them. Always had wonderful service until the last year to year & a half. All of the people I have seen in the past are gone. Now when you go in, nobody even acknowledges you. It is like they don't care about your business. The most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. I haven't ever seen one of them smile. People walk by when you are waiting.....nothing. As far as sales, I have been waiting 6 weeks at least to get an answer on a new Pilot Elite. I think I will go elsewhere. Sick of being treated like dirt! More
This dealership is garbage. There were undisclosed issues with the car, they allowed me to drive it home with unsafe tires, the staff ignore you after your purchase, it's been o There were undisclosed issues with the car, they allowed me to drive it home with unsafe tires, the staff ignore you after your purchase, it's been over a month and they still haven't released the title even though I didn't finance through them and they're paid in full...I can go on and on. No one here knows what they're doing, no one can answer a question, and they will happily lie to your face about anything and everything if that's what it takes to make a buck. I understand they're trying to make a living and need to sell cars, but it's places like this that give the auto industry a bad wrap. Stay away if you value your wallet and sanity. More
What an excellent experience my daughter and I had buying her brand new 2022 Honda Pilot Black Edition from Underriner! We did so because of a simple phone call we made to them on a Saturday, and a superlati her brand new 2022 Honda Pilot Black Edition from Underriner! We did so because of a simple phone call we made to them on a Saturday, and a superlative Product Representative (salesperson) named Joe Scheffelman answered the phone and treated us like royalty right out of the blocks and throughout the entire experience. Joe is consummately knowledgeable and resourceful -- a total "can-do" guy! He made the experience positive and exciting from start to finish and went the extra mile in every way. This gentleman has absolute integrity. Everything he said he would do, he did, and every step of the process he described in advance happened just as he had said. Thank you Underriner Honda for having Product Specialists of the high caliber of Joe Scheffelman. And thank you Joe for making this very important investment in one of the world's finest family automobiles a pure pleasure! More

Purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Underriner Honda - Billings. Salesman was Joe Scheffelman. If your buying a Honda, buy it from Joe. He and Scott were very easy to work with, and I feel gave us the Billings. Salesman was Joe Scheffelman. If your buying a Honda, buy it from Joe.
