Daniel and Bradley were amazing! Extremely helpful, extremely informative and I walked out with something MUCH nicer than anticipated. Extremely helpful, extremely informative and I walked out with something MUCH nicer than anticipated. More
Third-Time Buyer, First-Time Disappointed This was the third vehicle our household purchased from this dealership, and unfortunately, it will be the last. I recently bought a car for my daughter—a 2023 Hy third vehicle our household purchased from this dealership, and unfortunately, it will be the last. I recently bought a car for my daughter—a 2023 Hyundai—from Nissan. While the car itself is great, the experience was not. The listed online price was $19,988, but when I got to financing (despite planning to pay in cash), I was told I had to go through financing. There, I discovered an extra $1,100 in “security add-ons” I had previously asked about. The salesman, David, had told me these were already part of the car, implying they weren’t optional. The finance representative claimed it wasn’t his department and directed me back to David. Again, David said the add-ons were required. Only after thoroughly reviewing the paperwork at home did I notice—buried in small print—that these items were not mandatory. I called the dealership and David initially dodged the conversation and later hung up on me when I politely expressed my concerns. I then spoke with a finance manager named Eric, who seemed understanding and gave me his number for follow-up. However, the next day I received a dismissive response via text saying the sales manager had deemed it a “done deal.” We love the car, but the dishonesty and lack of integrity from the sales team were incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere—saving a little money isn’t worth being misled. Trust matters, and sadly, this dealership didn’t uphold it. More
I was super optimistic starting out with the process of picking and buying a new car until the car salesman made it very clear that his only interest was selling me a car because he wanted to meet the sale picking and buying a new car until the car salesman made it very clear that his only interest was selling me a car because he wanted to meet the sales goal and he hadn’t sold a car in seven days so he needed a paycheck. He wasn’t interested, and if it was the best deal for me or helping me get the best deal he spent so much time trying to convince me to just sign a deal that I wasn’t comfortable doing just so he could get a payday and the dealership could sell 10 cars in one day. So if you’re looking for a car buying experience that does not care about you and is simply only interested in making the most money off of you then by all means totally go to this dealership. Then they try to add stuff into your loan telling you it’s included and then they jack your price up and tell you that oh that’s what the bank wanted but what they don’t know is I’ve been in contact with the bank the entire time through this process and it’s all a big lie. But then once you buy the car and you sign the paperwork, I have never seen anybody push you out of a business so quick. They didn’t even take time to go over the car or tell me about things like the my Nissan app go over the features the car had or where things were in the car nothing they got the paper signed stuck on my temp tag and we’re like have a great day and off day went. I guess this is why in the past I have avoided going into dealerships and sadly will continue doing so in the future. More
