great service not as quick as is used to be i came in at 230 and i left the dealer almost 2.5 hrs later just for oil change. the vehicle was service but it took the lady to give me the keys another 30 minu 230 and i left the dealer almost 2.5 hrs later just for oil change. the vehicle was service but it took the lady to give me the keys another 30 minutes this was the longest wait for oil change if i have to give a #'s of start i will give them only 2 sorry they were trying to get all vehicles out at the same time More

My issue was not resolved with my original appointment, however, I had to take my husbands appointment to get the technician to troubleshoot the issue with the AC. The dealership did however take my car in however, I had to take my husbands appointment to get the technician to troubleshoot the issue with the AC. The dealership did however take my car in first and resolved the issue. I feel like they need more help or qualified technicians at the service department to help customers and satisfy their customers. I was very irritated at first and wanted to switch to Nissan also convince my husband to do the same since we have two Mitsubishi and we are repeat customers but I am willing to give them another opportunity to redeemed themselves.
