I went in for a wheel alignment because I just had purchased new tires. The repair work seems to be a very, very good. . I would’ve given a five rating had the shop in touch with me about the status of my car as it went along. The car was in the repair shop from the . I would’ve given a five rating had the shop in touch with me about the status of my car as it went along. The car was in the repair shop from the 11th of August to 8 September. Over a month I was without a car for two weeks and was offered a loaner when I wasn’t getting my car back when they initially thought I would get it back.. I called several times to find out how the car was coming along, the insurance, etc. and Mike was always very appropriate and pleasant. 2 1/2 weeks turned into four. I’m sure there was no fault of their own because they found extra work to do I had to get it approved by the insurance but no one let me know how long I would have to wait unless I pressured them. Uptown motors is close to my home and they did good work so I would use them again just knowing I have to be proactive about our communication More
