The repair work seems to be a very, very good. . I would’ve given a five rating had the shop in touch with me about the status of my car as it went along. The car was in the repair shop from the . Over a month I was without a car for two weeks and was offered a loaner when I wasn’t getting my car back when they initially thought I would get it back.. I called several times to find out how the car was coming along, the insurance, etc. and Mike was always very appropriate and pleasant. 2 1/2 weeks turned into four. I’m sure there was no fault of their own because they found extra work to do I had to get it approved by the insurance but no one let me know how long I would have to wait unless I pressured them. Uptown motors is close to my home and they did good work so I would use them again just knowing I have to be proactive about our communication More
