Showed up for a pre-arranged appointment to turn my lease in. Showed up on time they weren’t prepared and wrote me a hand written letter. Nissan finance called me today 5 weeks later first saying they were c in. Showed up on time they weren’t prepared and wrote me a hand written letter. Nissan finance called me today 5 weeks later first saying they were calling on an outstanding balance. I told them I turned in the lease already and they said they see Vaden just completed the paperwork yesterday. Five weeks later. Nissan finance agreed this wasn’t acceptable and we’re going to lodge an internal complaint. Very poor service More
