brought my car back there for front brake pads low warning ~20,000 miles after they supposedly had changed them in 11/24. was told they were actually gone and needed to be replaced again. i asked how warning ~20,000 miles after they supposedly had changed them in 11/24. was told they were actually gone and needed to be replaced again. i asked how this could possibly the case- did they actually replace them 20K ago or was i just charged and they weren't replaced?? they told me they did replace them and said it must be how we are driving the car. not a chance as we have never gotten less than 50K from pads- no 2 foot, or hot foot drivers. they did agree to cut the labor down and replaced them (i hope). then that evening after we picked the car up i spot the flat head torx screw that holds the right front rotor on (prior to the wheel being installed) sitting on the running board ready to fall off and take out a tire. hardly confidence-inspiring, especially after not being convinced that i had been treated fairly. i'm not real inclined to return to this dealership any time soon. i still have the torx screw (still with brake dust on it) as evidence of the incompetence. More
