I contacted the dealership for a 40,000-mile service and a low-pressure tire. They were able to make a next-day appointment. I dropped the car off Thursday night for a 7:30 a.m. appointment. They called me at 1:00pm to ask if I wanted to plug the tire (free) or patch it for $34.99. I opted for the patch. Called me back at 3:30pm to let me know the car was ready. With my rewards, the total was around $85. Everyone was professional, cordial, and helpful. I had just moved back to Dublin from Florida and am very pleased with my “new dealership” in Hilliard! I’m new to the area and needed a dealer nearby as my car is under Ford warranty. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. Anita was great on the phone and booked me for a home service th is under Ford warranty. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. Anita was great on the phone and booked me for a home service the next day. The driver texted before he got here and was 5 min early. He was friendly, informative and fast. 90 min later everything was done and he told me my air filter had another 6 mos, I should call back then. He also gave the car the ‘once over’ just to make sure it looked like things were okay. All done in my garage for $10 less than driving to the dealer I went to last year for the same thing. I never left my living room: I made phone calls, had coffee, paid bills. They texted my receipt and checked to make sure I was okay with everything. It was a great experience. I’d totally recommend them for this kind of thing to anyone. More
