After our vehicle got broken into twice and the window got smashed both times they refused to help pay for the new windows or do the service themselves. They also blew off my calls. Then my husband locked the key in the car accidently and they made him wait over an hour before informing him he was "too far" for them to come out and help him. They instead told us to file a claim with our insurance, which would negatively effect our insurance score and rates! I had to leave work early and drive an hour to bring him the second key. When I asked to speak to a manager they ignored my call and have yet to call me back. Kia sucks, and there vehicles are made horribly and cheaply as well! NEVER BUY A KIA!!!! More

I read the reviews to this place before showing up, and they scared me. I saw multiple complaints about price and attitude, but when I arrived at Value Kia I felt like I was treated with nothing but respec they scared me. I ended up not buying a car here (they didn't have the color I wanted) but the whole experience was made a breeze by the manager Frank, the whole experience overall is definitely a 10/10. More

I even told this person they could run my credit if I could fill out a real credit app. No response, that “get prequalified” on their website is your vantage score, most banks don’t look at that. They use FICO. A dealer who has associates that won’t even respond to anything, well it makes you wonder, what would I be treated like if I attended my appointment. I even told my rep, I’d like to buy a car, but no response at all. If you can’t talk to me, how do ya buy a car? I’ve dealt with other dealers and everything can be done right on phone or even text the respond, show interest, not just blow a potential customer. More

The salesperson was nice but I will never buy a used car from here again. They literally sell the clunkers that are traded in for new cars. Heater stopped blowing hot and the engine began knocking not even 6 months after purchasing. Took it back and was told to go to a jeep dealer. Took it to a jeep dealer who said that the warranty I purchased when I bought the car might not cover the gaskets if they are warped because it shows neglect....we paid for a warranty and now this warranty might not cover an issue that has been happening since we bought it. Never again! More
